Welcome to OM Cargo Packers and Movers. By accessing our website, booking our services, or engaging with our team, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We request all customers to read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Service Agreement

OM Cargo Packers and Movers provides packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, and relocation services.
All services are delivered as per the booking details shared by the customer. Any changes in the service plan must be informed in advance.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A service is considered confirmed only after:

  • Sharing complete shifting details

  • Acceptance of quotation

  • Payment of booking amount (if applicable)

Changes in date, location, or service type may revise the quotation.

3. Pricing & Payments

Our charges depend on:

  • Distance

  • Type and quantity of goods

  • Packing material used

  • Labor requirement

  • Vehicle size

The customer must clear all dues before unloading the goods at the destination. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Bulky items

  • Last-minute changes

  • Extra labor

  • Waiting time

  • Staircase or long-distance carrying

4. Packing Materials

We use high-quality packing materials, including cartons, tapes, bubble wraps, and protective coverings.
Special packing materials for fragile or premium items may incur extra cost.

5. Goods Inspection

Customers should check all items before and after packing.
OM Cargo Packers and Movers will not be responsible for items not declared during the inspection.

6. Non-Transportable Items

For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport:

  • Flammable items

  • Hazardous chemicals

  • Liquids

  • Jewelry, cash, or valuable documents

The customer is solely responsible for removing such items before packing.

7. Transit & Delivery

While we ensure safe transportation, delivery time may vary due to:

  • Traffic

  • Weather

  • Route restrictions

  • Vehicle breakdowns

We will keep the customer informed of any unexpected delays.

8. Liability & Claims

OM Cargo Packers and Movers takes utmost care of your belongings. However, our liability is limited to:

  • Damages caused directly during packing or handling

  • Damages that occurred under our supervision

No claims will be accepted for:

  • Pre-damaged items

  • Unpacked items handled by the customer

  • Electrical or mechanical issues in appliances after shifting

Any claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with images or proof.

10. Delays & Cancellations

  • Customers must inform cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Last-minute cancellations may attract a cancellation charge.

  • If the move gets delayed due to customer-side reasons, waiting charges may apply.

11. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate address and contact details

  • Be available during packing and delivery

  • Ensure availability of building permissions, vehicle entry passes, or lift access

  • Clear all outstanding payments on time

12. Use of Website

  • All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of OM Cargo Packers and Movers.
    Unauthorized copying or misuse is strictly prohibited.

13. Policy Updates

  • OM Cargo Packers and Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
